"How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings." Psalm 36:7
Ryan felt well today. He didn't eat like a horse, but we're still working with him and trying new things. He took a nap in the car and generally had energy. He snuck into the stroller in the afternoon, but Davianna wanted to ride too, so I think they were both tired of walking so much.
Today was a good day for the family. We decided to go North today and visit the zoo and children's museum. So, I woke everyone up early (I wasn't popular), and we got out the door, so we would be there not long after it opened. It was colder than expected, so we started out at the museum. The kids ran from room to room and enjoyed everything. Ryan kept grabbing my hand and leading me to the next room. He was excited and enjoyed the entire time. He didn't wear a hat at the museum, so he isn't thinking about it so much now. Thank you, Lord. After the museum, we ate some barbecue and then headed to the zoo. Davianna was the tour guide and directed us to the exhibits. The kids found a play area, and we spent time there for a while. It was a fun day!
Mirjan took some fantastic pictures today! I love the one of the lion! She took some more of the animals that were amazing.
Ryan gets more medicine this evening and then hopefully a long, restful sleep. Now, I need to figure out what's on the agenda tomorrow (besides regular errands).
Father, thank you for a wonderful family day! Thank you for blessing us with the time together and the excitement and smiles. I ask that you continue to guide us along this journey and provide the caring, love, and wisdom throughout. Please keep Ryan in your hands, keep him healthy, and continue to heal his little body. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
