"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Mathew 6:34
Ryan is healthy today. Thank you, Lord. It's amazing how perspective changes, and it's a good day, regardless of what else occurs, if Ryan is feeling well. Perspectives change. People change.
Mirjan is now under probation due to her driving this week. I will have to review her driving proficiency skills this week and see if she is still qualified to operate a motor vehicle. I love you, Mirjan. It's just a car (with new tires and a new beauty mark).
I had some of Mirjan's world famous enchiladas tonight...wait that was last night...tonight they were freshly aged enchiladas. They picked up Panda Express because they were outfitting the car until early evening, so I had leftovers. Emma was still sleeping when they arrived home and continued for another 45 minutes. I can hear Mirjan trying to put her to sleep now. My money is on Emma putting Mirjan to sleep first. She is chanting, "Ryan, Ryan, Ryan..." and then switching to "Mama, Mama, Mama..."
So, we know that pot and vitamin b complex helps with peripheral neuropathy, and Nana said she read something that massaging the feet and hands helps too. That is probably why he enjoyed the massage I gave him the other day so much. It looks like he will be getting some more of those!
Oh, I forgot something about yesterday. I have mentioned several times that Ryan goes to God for many things throughout the day, and it just amazes me. Yesterday, he and Davianna were playing a game on the computer, and their conversation caught my attention. So, I walked up to the door, and Ryan was praying and Davianna was repeating what he said. As I listened, I realized that they were praying for help to figure out how to play the game. :)
Father, I ask that you comfort Ryan's mind, strengthen his body, give him courage to face the needle, and let the treatment be safe and effective. Let your hands of protection continue to cover him, and I ask in Jesus' name to heal my little boy. Amen.
