Day One Hundred Ten

"In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps."  Proverbs 16:9

Ryan was up bright and early today!  He was dressed and telling Mirjan to hurry up, although school didn't start for another two hours (Ryan is learning how to deal with ELT...start early!).  He was very sweet this morning, gave me several hugs, and told me to have a good day at work. I love it when he is like that!  I took Davianna to school, and then Mirjan dropped off Ryan, so he could ride the school bus on their field trip (he was excited about riding in a school bus).

This is a little late tonight due to computer problems. I could have called the family tech support, but that's me and I didn't want to be bothered.  Therefore, I had to stand in line behind Davianna and then Ryan to use the computer.  Then I got diverted by some cool games that they left on the screen.  Wow!  When I was young, all I had was Pong...and I had to walk 10 miles, uphill, both ways, without shoes, in the rain, through the bronx, and eat cheese toast to play.

Mirjan and Emma met Ryan at the park and had a great time.

You can tell that Emma is going to be sassy like her momma!

Ryan's teacher is such a blessing (it looks like he might be getting tickled).

I'm glad that Ryan enjoyed the day!  It truly is a blessing that we are able to get out and do so much with him during his treatment. I can tell that he wants to keep on going and doing though at times his body is completely exhausted. Hang in there, Ry, you're doing great!

Father, thank you for blessing Ryan with a wonderful day surrounded by loving people.  Thank you for keeping his body strong, so he can enjoy these activities.  Please continue to comfort his mind and keep him healthy.  I ask in Jesus' name that you heal my little boy.  Amen.
