Day One Hundred Five

"but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,

Ryan went to school, took a nap, and he ate well.  Thank you, Lord!  He was also in a generally good mood today. 

When I arrived at la casa, Ryan and Davianna were on the computer.  Davianna saw me and immediately told Ryan that she loved him, and then told him a few more times.  :)  I guess she actually listened during our discussion the other night. 

Mirjan cooked another wonderful meal, and then I had a scavenger hunt ready for the kids.  They had to work as a team and each one had to find the items.  If one found an item, then they had to help the other before they could check it off.  It was several pages of items and lasted longer than I thought, but they had a good time....and worked together!

Bath time was quick and then it was bedtime.  I was tickling Ryan and got him riled up a little too much, so it took a while for him to go to sleep.  Oh, well.  It was fun.  Davianna and I read chicken little tonight, and then she was off to bed. 

Father, thank you for blessing Ryan with a healthy day!  Thank you for letting him easily transition back into some school activities and spend time with his friends.  I ask that you give him courage to face the needle tomorrow, let the treatment be safe and effective, and the counts be high.  Father, I ask that you continue to heal my little boy.  In Jesus' name I pray.  Amen.
