Day Eighty-three

"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."  Hebrews 11:6

Ryan had another good day!   Pops and Elise treated us to a birthday dinner, and Mr. Technology joined us.  Mr. Technology was carrying his iphone, his iPad, and a verizon 3g hotspot, so his iPad could access the internet.  I'm sure he had a laser mouse in one of his pockets and probably had a keyboard in his jacket.   I truly think he dreams about working in IT, but he just hadn't made the jump yet.  It was nice that he was able to join us, and I look forward to the birthday gift that he will send....someday.   Here is a picture of Princess #1 wearing my birthday sombrero.

After dinner, Pops and I went to the haircut place, so I could get a haircut and he was taking pictures of me the whole time.  I'm not sure if the lady thought it was cute or creepy, but that didn't slow him down.  Afterward, we saw Mirjan next door at the Home Depot picking up some flowers.

When we got home, Elise had bathed all the kids, and then I put Ryan and Davianna to sleep.  We saved Emma for Mirjan.  The evening flew by super fast.

Ryan goes in bright and early for an MRI tomorrow.  He will be under while they perform the tests, so I'm sure he'll recover with one or two rainbow popsicles like he has done in the past.  Mirjan has been working the schedule with the hospital, and will try to get his weekly stuff done tomorrow, so we don't have to go back in on Friday too.  The doctor told us that we should schedule it for this week, the office told us that they couldn't get us in until May, so she kept talking with them until she had it scheduled for tomorrow.  Good job, Mirjan!

Father, thank you for blessing Ryan with a good day.   I ask that you protect him, be with the doctors and nurses, and let him recovery from the anesthesia quickly.  I ask in Jesus' name that the tests results show no signs of cancer and that your healing power continues through this journey.  Amen.
